Is SEO bigger than PPC?

When it comes to the job, PPC manager earn more.
As we like to say in the SEO field - That depends!

But to answer the OP, I had a former VP who used to say "There's nothing that can trump free traffic" ;)

Whats with all these stupid questions OP?
I'm sure it's for .... research ;)

I second that.. cos all the questions are related and in the same niche. Someone is mining information. I won’t be surprised to see screenshots on an seo book someday.

Both are important but SEO takes time to generate leads and traffic and PPC instantly creates business opportunity so people gives preference to PPC

Yes, it is because PPC only makes sense if you're targeting keywords that have a very high or obvious commercial intent.

For example, “buy viagra” is very different from “viagra” or “ED pills.”

The key takeaway here is that SEO covers both informative and non-commercial intent keywords, while PPC, due to its commercial purpose (and just sheer financial common sense), is fairly limited to keywords that have high commercial intent.

Both are massive. Does it really matter?

Most clicks go to organic results, so yes SEO is bigger but PPC is way easier to make quick money.

According to BHW, PPC is dead.

I feel like there is no single positive journey with PPC on this forum.

Only reports of cloaking and being banned.

Maybe people don't have anything to sell.

That's a problem I had when I was younger. :D

Most ppl on here don't have money to spend. People on here are generally very poor and looking to make $ with no starting money - which is extremely hard. So PPC is uncommon but I'm not complaining.

I'm greatly unsatisfied with this.

So few big players here. Wondering if even 8% people here own the g phone called iPhone.

This makes me complain all day. I am looking for a different place.

Regarding your reply, yes. I knew a couple people being on 6 figures monthly and they couldn't afford PPC. :D

Well PPC isn't that expensive to test. Like $50/day until you can find something that works. However some people on here can't afford that.

If you want to meet big players, go to Affiliate Summit or Affiliate World. The biggest players are no longer on forums but they frequently come to events.

There's also the Affiliate Ball and a few other events / after parties.

A lot of the large earners like Taktical, Whisker, meathead1234 have been demoted and left. These guys sit on piles of knowledge.

Those of us who arrived here before PPC I can confirm that old school SEO* is way, way bigger than PPC.

* Before Google took 99% of the profit for themselves and white hats said fine.

No. Big ballers use PPC, not only that you can make big bucks but you can make it way faster.
