Is secondeye really legit ?

so I heard about this @secondeye guy about how good he is so when my account got limited I paid for a super fast service on Friday and it’s already Thursday and I have not heard anything back since Monday saying I would be getting my documents tomorrow which was Tuesday . I sent messages and no response . I paid the superfast because I didn’t want it to look suspicious to PayPal i guess to take so long to upload files since all I’m being asked for is my ID, and proof of shipment and purchase/supplier receipt. I have all that except the ID. Now I’m really wondering if these people are legit or not and why their customer service is like this if they are . Has anybody had the same issues with them ? Because now I’m scared and confused . Idk what to do . Can somebody please help me ? Thank you Cause this is becoming really really annoying that’s it’s already basically a week I waited.

They are legit. I've used their service several times in the fast and had no issues whatsoever. Have you tried messaging them through BHW?

I've used them before, quite good and knowledgable actually.
