As far as I know it doesn´t matter in the eyes of Google. .com is better for the people and that's about it.

When was the last time you saw a .pw domain in a SERP? Google may claim it does not matter, but if people are not used to the TLD, it might stop them trusting your site.

.pw has also been used on a lot of spam sites in the past. I used to own a .pw domain and my emails would never get past spam filters. Not worth it when .com is only a few dollars more.

Yeah @seocrab totally right in my opinion will be hard a lot to get nice position on google. I think pw can't be compared with com,org,net in that topic.

google have no issue with TLD's now ,you should rank any tld if you have proper seo ground and referrals

I dont agree with others on .pw & .xyz domains on "domain extension doesnt matter."

.pw is the country code top-level domain for Palau. Symantec reported back in 2013 of a large number of spammers using .pw domains and again in 2017 of the amount of .pw TLD URL spammers. It's now even high. Check this: https://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/rise-pw-urls-spam-messages

You can check how often a TLD is abused from the following site https://www.spamhaus.org/statistics/tlds/.

So it's obviously not a good idea unless it's not something you need long term. Just go safe and use more common TLD's
