Is PVA for Facebook enforced?

Tried to make about 5 accounts, and all of them instantly required PVA. Is this enforced now? Or you can still make non PVA acc and I've just left some footprints.

Already tried with different IP, different browsers, different emails(gmx.com, gmail.com).

Yes, it is enforced.

FB is a bear when it comes to new accounts for the common man these days.

Bullshit, I make 2-3 accounts every day for facebook ads and none went to phone verification, here's one secret tip : type everything with your hands don't copy and paste when registering
