Is my channel shadowbanned?

I had an old channel from 2018 lying around with 1 video. I made that video private, rebranded the channel, and uploaded 2 shorts. But the problem is they aren't getting any views. ZERO in 48 hours.
Also, when I search for the channel and open it from another gmail account, it isn't showing any video.
There's only this message: 'This channel doesn't have any content'.

Is this a shadowban or something like that? Should I continue posting on this channel or make a new one?

May or may not be shadow-banned. You just posted 2 shorts, just ditch that channel and go for a new one. Your time is not worth the wait and watch game.

I think I'll take your advice. A lot goes into editing the video and I can't just wait to see what happens.
Do you know how one can warm up a new channel? Or should I start posting right away?

200 In a day or so, the logic here is start two channels one dedicated to short, and one to long, then drip feed one over the other. DO NOT EXPECT THE SAME RESULTS ON BOTH CHANNELS.

I'm already doing long form on 2 channels and they're going well (not anything crazy).
It's just about this channel I created for Shorts. Completely ZERO views and never even shown in feed. On top of that, channel doesn't show any video when searching from another account. It has got me thinking about what I should do..
I'll start a new channel, warm it up a little and then start posting on that one.

I don't like speculation or rumours, as the saying goes if you work for Google you'll pay others for the knowledge at the highest degree, and it happens.

Yet anything outside of Google I don't like to speculate, some may think Shadowban is a conspiracy theory others not, but what can be ascertained is not everyone's experience will be the same, while the general idea is not to link Gmail accounts with the same number or accounts in general but everyone's experience is different.


It's very hard to gain a understanding with a obfuscated algorithm but what is not the traction and controversy one can pull garnering attention from example:

Only you can make a informes decision as you would know far more than anyone else, even me my journey on YouTube is different to yours as everyone's all you can do is experiment experiment and explore what others achieved or didn't.


Look on Reddit, look on other sites other than bhw as the answers can sometimes be better.

If your current channel isn't performing as expected, you can try creating a new channel and uploading new videos to see if it gets better views and engagement
