Hello,

I've been looking into getting in some social media journey lately,
after some reading and researching, I found that there are tons of opportunities on Reddit to get traffic.

I've done also some research about the bots available on the market but all the available bots are doing dummy tasks (Up/Downvotes, comments...).

Reddit is about account reputation (Karma) and age,
so my idea is developing a bot that will make the accounts age, post, and comment on random subreddits,
at the same time, the bot will do dummy tasks as the available bots,
and the bot will create accounts also.

I've already contacted many developers to consult about this,
and I think I found someone with the ability to do it (Very skilled in making bots).

So my question here is: Do you think it's worth it to make this bot?

If yes, what functions you think are worth it to add to that bot?
Also, what do you think about monetizing this kind of bot?

Can I assume that nobody here is doing any Reddit activities or botting?

I used to do a lot of adult traffic and reddit was very useful for certain areas.
I know an auto-whisper is important because at least in the adult niche they don't let you post your username anymore
You have to create a post and you get a bunch of messages back and then you have to send your snapchat username

Someone actually asked if I had one the other day. Could be really useful the bot can auto reply to each whisper with a couple of messages.

Good point, I see what we can do to add this function.
Is it a good idea to separate accounts? like X number of accounts used only for adult subs and Y number account used only for normal subs?
Or it doesn't matter?

I don't think it would matter honestly.
I feel like you should make it to where you can make it where they can input the subs that they want to post on
Post a thread with a spintax changer so it's all different
Post the thread

Then reply to any msgs with a conversation with delays.

I think I'd buy that myself and Im sure a lot of ewhorers/adult niche/cpa/marketers would buy this as well.

To be honest, I'm not thinking of selling this,
I'm going to use it for my next projects,
After that, I'm going to see if there are any reputable members here to do some JV.
I'm just asking about the functions that should be added so we can think about everything in advance to not mess up the code and the database.

The problem in reddit is not the platform. The problem is that the users are smart there. If they suspect you are a bot, you will have no success. So it needs to be smart and nor spam or do stupid stuff that the users themself can identify.

For growing accounts and getting Karma, I've found a solid way of posting nice threads and it will not look like anything spammy at all.
For the auto-reply to whispers, we're going to think about something solid.

The main objective of the bot is to grow accounts and get karma, so when you try to upvote a post with tons of accounts the upvotes will count.
What I have in mind is creating multiple micro-niche news websites, and post the links as post and upvote to reach page 1 of a big subreddit.

Of course, there are tons of ways to do this and it can work in any other niche, but my main objective is to get visits.
And the Adult method shared by @Goddissee is good if we can figure a way to auto-reply to private msg in a non-spammy way.

The bot will also read the private msg and check if there's any msg from admin & moderators
if there's something, the bot is going to send a notification to do a manual check.

Used to be involved heavily in reddit with adult traffic a while back.
If you can make it do a small conversation like

The person msgs you**
you msg: "hey babe asl?"
he replies
you msg: "oh that's cool im 25 female and Florida"
he replies
you msg: "hey im getting so many pms on here - add me on @ NAME HERE"
it'd work flawlessly.

Literally what I'd look for and many people in adult.

Is it okay to have the same replies again & again?

Still looking for suggestions & ideas from the members here.
I've already received a good suggestion that I'm going to integrate thanks to @Goddissee
