Is it true google adsense accept only clicks from search engines traffic?

I have only heard that paid traffic may get you in trouble with adsense, but not that only organic traffic is accepted...

Mostly all organic traffic works fine with adsense.

Google will pay for adsense ad clicks if the traffic comes from other places besides organic search engine traffic. It has been paying me for years for a variety of traffic sent to my sites... granted much of the volume is organic search but that is not the only traffic and I've not had a problem.
Now, sending traffic from a site where you are violating that site's TOS is a problem for Google and it could cause you issues so be careful there.

Just an added note, google pays me very well for my social media traffic. Ive done tons of testing and they def like social media clicks as much or more than search engine clicks.
