Is It Safe To Use Blogger.com As Tier 1?

Hello BHW!

I was thinking of making a Tier 1 backlink from Blogger.com to my money site. Because it's owned by Google, I'm a bit concerned about its safety. I'm planning to create a Blogger website from Firefox while being connected to US VPN and use a fresh Gmail account registered to a US number.

Should I totally avoid the Blogger platform for Tier 1 backlinking, or are my safety precautions enough so I won't get discovered and penalized?

Go ahead, it's usually safe to use it like the other blogging platforms

Personally I think it's safe, but make sure you make it look really legit.
 
Of course, blogger.com is fine to use as tier1. Even bigger authority sites also using this formula.

blogger.com is the safest tier 1 backlink you can get. It used to rank pretty well in the past as well. I am sure it still passes a lot of link juice to the money site.
