Is it possible to rank these two keywords?

Hi, First I want you to have a look at these two keywords,
Average KW difficulty is not below 20, but there are FB, YT, reddit, some forums in SERP,

need your ideas on possibility to rank these on a new website...

these tow KWs are not related, two different niches...

Fist KW

Second KW

all these are adsense keywords...

its looks like a medium difficulty keywords to me.

What software are you using to get those data?

You can't trust Kwfinder's difficulty value all the time, sometimes, below 20 difficulty is hard to rank if you analyze the top 10 carefully, I have seen some KWs with 25-30 difficulty, but it's easier to rank when checked DA/PA, of the top 10 in SERP.

tbh they are golden keyword when you see fb, yt video ranking. you can easily rank them

Kw difficulty value is just an indication for you to which KWs to analyze further. once you dig deeper the top 10 SERP, you can make your final decision whether to go for the kill or not.

Hey IMO you can easily rank the 1st keyword, check their content how long it is & build good content based on that.

I checked the content of the 1st page, it's about a 150 words article with DA-36 PA-10....

Make long quality content minimum 1840 words (as backlinko says), the DA & PA is nothing.

Don't take FB, YT etc. so serious. People are blasting them with spam links, but when you have a good website doing better SEO it will outrank them very fast. This of course depends on your niche. If I would be you I would start out with an expired domain in the same niche (if possible with kw in the domain and some decent backlinks).
