Yes, the only two methods that'd work from my knowledge are;
1. Buy expired domain that's already indexed, then push content like usual and it won't be sandboxed
2. Churn and burn
 
I think the focused keywords and generally the low competition niche is the reason here.
 
you can also do it with a new domain, if you have a strong PBN you can use or other good backlink sources.

the best PBN is usually the one you build yourself as then only you have access.
with PBN sellers you never know to how many customers they sell so its not a real PBN, unless they create it for you only.
 
With good metrics, it is possible

Yes it is very much possible, I have done this using organic traffic bots to boost my site and then with that boost real traffic mixes in to boost my site. Need to target low KD keywords for this strategy to work
