Is it possible for SEO to work in one month?

As the title
Recently, I found a website whose SEO has gone from 0 visitors to 10K visitors, and it took only one month.
I really want to know how his SEO improved so fast

yes can rank 1-3 days and on top google depend your level and keyword
 
If its a really specific niche and low competition location, yeah. I ranked a site in a little more than a month for a client in Ghent, Belgium, it was a very specific niche so it wasn't difficult at all.
 
Really uncommon. This happens a little more frequently with certain law not-abiding sites.
Also you can achieve this with certain already reputed domains (expiring you purchased)

But with a brand new domain for a common niche, this is hero level. Hire that guy!
 
Absolutely, it depends on the niche, if it's something that was trending, yeah...

For example in my country reality programs are booming, if you start it and do something about it, traffic is guruanteed in the first 24 hours.
 
If you mean a brand new domain unless someone does the whole pump and burn ways then probably can happen sometimes if the person is intelligent or gets lucky.

IF you have say auction domain or a website already with good authority behind it then yes month could allow you to rocket it's traffic up in some cases.
 
You can rank easily if the keyword has super low competition, that site on your picture has great domain authority (old domain) as we can see so many backlinks coming to the site, hence he can acquire organic traffic easily on Google SERP
 
Aiming for low competition keywords & using a good expired domain along with decent HQ links can easily do the work,
That depends on various things like niche, website type, etc... as well

This is a brand new domain name. I'm checking it, and its registration time is in April.
