Is it okay to scrape emails now?

Hi, recently I had this urge to order a scraping service here in BHW but I'm kinda worried of getting reported and then according to the GDPR, I may get fined a whopping amount and maybe put behind the jail. Can't believe someone would put me behind bars and would fine me tons of amount for just sending emails to non-opted peoples. w3w rules.

Now, the thing I see tons of people still scraping emails and marketing their offers and banking good amount every freaking day. I wonder why those people are not getting reported or fined for sending emails to non-opted people after scraping?

What is the deal here?

Some say that it's fine to send emails to non-opted source as long as you remove them from your list when they (the non-opted people) asks you to stop sending them emails and remove them from your list.

Any of you here still scrape emails and market them?

Where are you from OP? There are people here banking thousands of dollars with movie streaming niche.

In my opinion as long as, you can go the distance to hide your real details, you'll be fine.

emails can be scrapoed but there useless in my eyes .

you can use a opt in form to collect email that the correct way .

there a new app that contacts business via there contact form gsa indexer website provides it , there a bst on here!

hmm yes, they can anytime file a spam report against my email right? and I can get fined a whopping amount and maybe jail?
