is it just 97 for jr vip and nothing else involved, as i saw a post on someone asking the price for vip and a comment mentioned that its 30 for each thread, i hope not and it isnt mentioned on here https://www.blackhatworld.com/account/upgrades

Yes it's just 97$ the staff decided to lower it down since the corona epidemic is killing the economy.

The price will increase soon, so get it while you still can. The price for users who already bought it before the price change would remain the same as the previous one. Creating a BST + Thread edit (if you have made any mistakes) costs extra $30 each.

Once you have the Jr.VIP membership you are eligible to open a marketplace thread. Once the marketplace thread is reviewed and approved, you will have to pay $30 for the thread to be published. From that moment on, you need to pay $30 every year to keep your marketplace thread 'alive'.
