Pending means that money have not gone out of your account,aka you're not charged yet that's why you can't do any action until PayPal clears it.
Most likely they're hunting them down,mainly because as per PayPal TOS money exchange is not allowed.

My status is still "Pending" but I see this thing
"Authorization Expiration Date: Feb 4, 2017 04:04:09 PST"
So I think everything will be fine after that date

Searched for a quick solution to get my money from paypal to skrill and fell for this shit too, instantly mailed paypal on the same day, but i hope i dont have to wait 1 month now until they can clear this case.

The interface once you click through to the http://www.globelmoney.com/zone/ is absolute shit. Their only news mention is http://www.digitaljournal.com/pr/2598573.
When I was at the Zone section, I noticed that the top bar said "Welcome, Robert Schwolow!". That's not me.

If you scroll through their https://www.facebook.com/globelmoneyzone, you'll notice the number of fans is inflated. They've got around 4K likes, but https://www.facebook.com/globelmoneyzone/photos/a.1481167302166663.1073741828.1430862653863795/1651727255110666/?type=3&theater somehow has 9k likes. Also their address is different between their Facebook and their website.
All that mixed with the fact that "Global" is spelled wrong, and they are claiming to be a financial institution in fuckin' Greece... no thank you.
