Well it's on a http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend/?theme=Highend. The domain is https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=globelmoney.com, and the https://www.crunchbase.com/person/waqas-ilyas#/entity is only 21.
The interface once you click through to the http://www.globelmoney.com/zone/ is absolute shit. Their only news mention is http://www.digitaljournal.com/pr/2598573.
When I was at the Zone section, I noticed that the top bar said "Welcome, Robert Schwolow!". That's not me.

Also their address is different between their Facebook and their website.
All that mixed with the fact that "Global" is spelled wrong, and they are claiming to be a financial institution in fuckin' Greece... no thank you.

No previous job experience outside of "globel money". Born in 1994, but somehow has a Bachelor's degree, obtained in 2010 (16 years old?). But on his https://www.facebook.com/waqas.ilyas92 profile, his education states a different school.

And with 500+ connections, he has next to no endorsements.

Thank you so much i invested $11.50 for pp to pm but thank god I didn't confirm the payment from email which I received so money got auto refunded.
I was about to ex $100 pp to PM but before that I opened this thread to know whether there scam or not but even in google search I found lots of people got scammed by GM. I think they scamming people in professional way.

I did not get my money. Like throwing 50euros. I can not make dispute on paypal because money have "pending" status. or something like that. I don't know what to do. Maybe I should move on and say - I loosed 50e

In order to conduct financial services legally in Greece & EU they must be registered HCMC (HELLENIC CAPITAL MARKET COMMISSION) and other European watch dogs.

At the bottom of their site you will see their license "A licensed e-money institution for operations in the EEA-31 region by the Bank of Greece"

You should immediately make a Paypal claim. Your money wasn't pending or else you couldn't have send it in the first place.
I was reading in another forum that many members made a dispute on Paypal and got their money back. I guess Paypal already received many disputes about this company so there's a high probability that you'll win it.

I personally never experienced this situation on Paypal but I have a weird idea that Paypal themselves might have not completed the payment to protect you from a scam - because numerous chargebacks has been made to their account.
