You might need to do outreach to thousands of domains owners until you will find a few willing to access an article for free.

But you can automate this outreach or outsource it to a VA so you won't spend hours upon hours sending outreach emails.

As a side note. All those lists with domains that accept guest posts (that you'll find online) are either ignoring requests from regular marketers/writters or as asking for a fee (which is not free anymore).
