Is it better to create Instagram accounts or buy them?

So I have bought more than 100 instagram accounts PVA with $1 each. I have noticed that they sometimes get flagged when I change the username,description, photo etc.
I am pretty sure that If I create them myself my accounts will be a lot more safer.
Is there a way to get cheap emails(Such as .ru or rediff) and use them to create the new accounts my self?

You can go to namecheap.com and buy an .xyz domain for like $2.
Then create 100 emails with this domain and have them redirect to your main gmail.
This way you can create 100 instagram accounts and verify all the accounts by email without even leaving your main gmail account since all the emails will be redirected to your main gmail.

I tried it but I didn't receive confirmation link when IG ask for it. Any clue?
 
You can also buy cheap mail.ru accs from buyaccs Ive got around 100 yesterday and cost me only $0.45
 
Just use disposable emails, or google dot net tricks. Personally if my accounts got email or phone verification, I just tossed them. But i manage bulk accounts.
 
Whether "create" is better than "buy" depends on how good your "create" against their "create". If you're good at reverse-engineering, traffic sniffing and software engineering, go with creating accounts yourself.

Accounts that I intend to use for something serious I always create myself. But it takes time. Sometimes it might be cheaper to outsource your tasks to save your time.
 
I think always be safer to do the accounts you self if you have a good method.
 
Creating an account is something I will always advocate. When you build an empire from scratch, you will have the abilities to know it inside out and hence face lesser challenges. I have a problem with the bought accounts because at times they may have fake and very dormant users.
 
Creating yourself is safer, but if you plan to scale, buy them and save you lots of time.
Cause once you start managing 200+ 300+ 400+ accs, it just takes too long to create them, and not worth the time.

For me 2 are right.
If you not scale is good can to create your own accounts but you need a good method or a good tool.
If you scale is good to buy the accounts (also if not scale) and don´t lost time but also is good to have a VA that create and personalize the accounts.
In any case is your strategy: think, planning and take action.

Question for the 2: what proxy provider do you use?
