Is IG still worth doing?

Saying there's no money to be made with InstaGram is like saying SEO is dead. The people not making money with IG are not properly monetizing their page(s) or are monetizing it the right way but don't have a large enough follower base to profit from it.

You can still make money with it you just need to implement other ways thanks to all those idiots that spammed with hundreds of accounts at the same time.

Now I'm not saying ig is dead. What I believe is it isn't as profitable as it used to be and so it really isn't worth it anymore.
Sure you can make $50 a day like ContentExpert but the opportunity cost is so high since there are many more ways to make a ton more money online.
Also, something to note. When you play in someone else's sandbox you have to play by their rules. Every IG update has the ability to ruin you. One day you could be making $50 a day the next nothing because a new change in the algo. Ig is slowly turning into Facebook and pretty soon all your efforts will go down the drain.

It's never gonna be dead, it just takes more time to position yourlsef there now.

It's not dead for people looking to use it to create a real brand. However it is dead for people looking to do the classic spam tactics that get 100's of accounts banned every single day.

That's exactly why I never do those spam tactics, I always start building an actual "brand" with a nice name that doesn't look spammy and doesnt have an affiliate link directly pushed to peoples faces...

That is exactly what I've been doing, I only got max 10 accounts, they all have their own brand logo's, their own brand names and the only link on IG will be the one to my website. From there on it's my world and I'm master of the rules and how I redirect people
Such a waste of energy for just $50,- you could have made that easily daily if you stuck with your account.

Work is worth doing. Become expert in reading people, you will do well. Im amazed how 99% of time people talk about technical aspects of social media empires, number of accounts, proxies, restrictions, and nobody talks about owning your reach.
