I bought GSA and paid for on 6th January on 6th feb they triedd to charge again I thought it a duplicate so cancelled it .

Now I am unable to use software asking for activation when contacted GSA they said you cancelled the product and termed it as fraud .

I tried looking on their website its no where said it's a monthly payment .

Now there are not responding

Any other way to contact them.

As far as I know it's always been a permanent one time deal?
 
It's permanent. One time fee only for the GSA. But howevere things would be recurring for good proxies, captcha solves, vps to run etc etc :)

That is a one month license, not recurring. You can buy a month, year or lifetime.
