ahrefs is overly expensive when you need it for basic use
your paying per month, so who cares if they block you. As long as you get about a weeks worth of it, its the equivalent of the price for a real ahrefs

It's true. I just wish they had a smaller entry level product for a lower price.
How come Ahrefs can't shut their service down? Can someone explain this to me?
It seems so easy to me - buy from GetAhrefs and auto block their account. They even give you the email address that they use. Then their buyers will complain that the account is always blocked and stop paying.

Many BHW members have been using us for some time and we have delivered the exact service we claim to provide on-site. For proof of this, there is a thread in the 'Blackhat SEO Tools' section here at BHW which contains positive feedback from BHW'ers using our service. (I am not permitted to post URLs yet so I cannot point you right to it).
Whilst our service doesn't comply with AHREFS TOS, neither does people selling AHREFS reports on fiverr etc. The liability for not following their TOS lies with us - our subscribers will not be effected by any sanctions as we replace any non-working accounts. Our service is no more a 'scam' than a group of friends clubbing together to buy a AHREFS subscription. We do not have any misleading statements on our website and we deliver exactly what is promised on-site - our subs get exactly what they pay for.

being used by many BHWers doesn't prove that your are not scamming to get the accounts, but just that you are providing what you advertise

As to legal I do not know but do you really want to share an account that others could possibly see your sites, and if you are an SEO agency, your clients' sites?

went ahead and subscribed to getahrefs but on site is states that i get access instantly and is been about an hour i still don't have access hope admin see this and do something about
