Is getahrefs.com legal?

Hi All BHW Members!!

This is question that i was looking for? I wanted to buy Ahref Professional and Elite Account and then I came through getahref
They are providing account both for cheap that was unexpected!

I Tried out the reason on which they were providing account on such a cost,

I Made contact with Ahrefs.com representive, and that is reply that came from their side:-

We are not affiliated with getahrefs.com and what they do is absolutely illegal as we don't allow to share Ahrefs accounts by Terms and Conditions.

Such accounts are thoroughly discovered and blocked.


Thus, I'd recommend you buy a separate unshared subscription and use it without any problems.


Please, feel free to contact us for any further assistance.

So I if you are buying or using their service that can be happened with you!

For some people this is a real business. If a person can't afford monthly costs on something like a legitimate AHREFs account this is the wrong business for them. Rule #1 in takes money to make money.

Thanks for your interest in our service - I just wanted to highlight the fact that we do replace any accounts that become unusable for any reason- so if one were to become suspended by AHREFS this would not negatively impact upon your service, we'd simply provide you with replacement credentials. (As we've received PM's since reg'ing to BHW, please note we can't reply to them due to post restrictions.)

so, are these accounts hacked? Coz you made it sound damn easy to replace accounts worth atleast $80-$200 ?

No, they're legitimately bought accounts as far as I'm aware.

We don't participate in any kind of hacking nor fraudulent buying of accounts, all the accounts we provide are legitimately purchased by ourselves.

By sharing each account between an adequate number of subscribers (whilst not negatively impacting the service in any way) we ensure we can afford to cover any losses whilst still operating profitably.

If the account we provide you gets blocked for any reason we immediately replace it. I also think it's worth stating that this is an extremely rare occurrence since our launch in January.

I wouldn't recommend using them. Ahrefs itself is a great deal, we use the Enterprise package and have been for the past two months, it's the best place to analyze a clients backlink profile, give reports and see where your site is going in terms of links.
 
Just signed up for an account to spy on all your niches, motherf*ckers!

How can you be so stupid to buy this and overload a perfect system? What Ahrefs does costs data, loads of it. And by sharing accounts like this service does, it doesn't get much better.
 
It is, I have an account with them for last couple of weeks. Never had any problem. I would highly recommend them.
 
A common misconception is that when you break a terms of service agreement, you break the law.
That simply isn't true, what you're doing is breaking a terms of service agreement, and that's it they can simply terminate the service they provide. And if you look in their tos it will likely say they can do so for ''any reason'' at all.

Basically, as far as I know sharing an account isn't against the law. So their tos does not allow them to go any further then terminating your service.
So use the service if you want at your own risk.

2. Anybody who toddles off to ahrefs to ask "Please sir..." is an idiot.

As previously stated here I am a close friend through business of the owners, and have helped with promotion (and indeed their official testimonial on the homepage) since their launch. Whilst I know the product inside and out, I'm not directly affiliated and figured I'd let GetAHREFS do the talking on this one! :)
