will facebook PPC blank the referrer to my CPA?

i want to promote an offer that does not allow socialnetworks....will facebook PPC be considered as social network promotion?

anyway...will facebook blank the referrer?

blank it yourself. the easiest way is to double meta refresh (DMR) it. one thing to note is that is that method does leak the referrer sometimes. but that should get you started in the right direction anyways.
