The naked anchor is the thing in question. Anytime you use your naked anchor with a domain like that, then just consider it an exact match anchor.

there is no exact percentage that is good or bad, but you should mix it up and make sure to not only have the same anchor for all links.

Using an exact keyword anchor is not dangerous; what ultimately matters is the overall naturalness. However, there are some sectors where using more exact keyword anchors might be more acceptable.

It's only a risk if you overdo it, I would suggest using an exact match of 5% of the time. You can go slightly higher if it fits organically in content.

A holistic approach is best: diversify your anchor text, use naked URLs, and do a good amount of branded anchor text.
