Is DreamPress a good WP Host?

I have decided to leave Weebly behind (a lot of the community was surprised people even use this service in my last thread) for WordPress- Self Hosting for some savings.

Is Dreampress a good host?
I will be using their $12-17/mo plan + maybe a month of Deleted member 752298 to get some cool plugins for SEO.

What I want to know (from the people who know about this, so BHW) is am I going to have some unforseen problems down the line with this, like with Weebly?

Hey Festinger,
Is there a WP plugin (in your collection) which can help me import my Weebly site -> Wordpress?

Can I pay for a month of your service, take the one plugin I need (the rocket SEO loading times plugin), and maybe the import plugin, and still use them after cancelling the monthly sub to you? Is this allowed BTW

I use hostarmada.com as they great customer service and prices. Later down the road, you could go for a VPS, etc.
