The followers that people offer for sale are usually just a waste as, even if htey are real people, they are accounts made to just sell as followers.

Do it in a nice way, asking for help, and many will respond in a positive way.

if those bought folllowers don't like your shiii, they'll unfollow. don't mess up the account quality.

Dont buy any followers or engagement at all, You are doing good, 2M Reach with 700 Followers is a big thing, just tweak your content, add CTA and ask people to follow and slowly you will start gaining followers.

Don't buy followers. It can flag your account and get you suspended. Just keep posting consistently, and the followers will come with time if they like your content

Nah avoid buying followers it will hurt your engagement rate, if people follow you for any other reason than the fact that they liked your content 90% of the time they will never engage with future posts so you will hurt the account in the long run, instead figure out what worked and why it worked and try to replicate it.
Views does not always mean you will get followers, it is also the kind of content that went viral that plays a huge role. You could get a video with 5 million views that brings in 500 followers and also a video with 5 million views that brings in 20k followers, so test different content types, controversial, emotional, inspirational, relatable and see what converts best then replicate.
Another thing is as you grow people will follow more often, people go with the trend and if they see you already have a large following they are more tempted to follow, so a lot of people may click on your profile now and be like "this guy only has 700 followers Im not following this random page" but when you have a large following it wins people over, so stick to what your doing man 2M views is a great milestone, next stop is 10M

How can you have 700 followers? Continue doing that work with 10 times the volume.

You can add followers to the account, that is no issue; however, just keep in mind that in the case you add a larger amount; it might trigger a suspension since Instagram might detect "bot" actions. That being said, adding anywhere between 300-600 at a time is fine.

Personally, I'd recommend buying them because it really helps you expand further, but you need to make sure to get them slowly and from real users. What I do is use microjobs, since they're done by real people and are quite customizable. You can target your specific country, control the distribution speed, etc. e.g. this microjob site is offering free trials: click here (I've tried it here and got good results)
