I know there are tons of posts out there about Bookmarking Demon, Article Marketing Robot, etc. And if you do SEO as your full time job then buying these are a no brainer. A lot of comments i've read when people ask about BMD and AMR are "well worth it" or "if you can't afford it, then stop doing this" But for me, making money online is just a hobby, i only make around 1$ per day.

I usually spend 1-2 hours a day working on the site, manual commenting, manual posting to social bookmarks... But it seems like i never have enough time to really do all the things i want to. I was hoping that BMD and AMR would really speed up the process.

What i want to know is, spending $127 and $97 on these two programs worth it for a situation like mine. Can i ever expect to make that amount back. I know it's not an exact science but has anyone that just started out, been at the 1$/day mark, then started using these programs and gone up to 2$, 5$ 10$ per day??

I bought Scrapebox a few months ago and it seems to be working great. But with these things it's not exactly immediate results.

I was also considering the 1 month trial of Magic Submitter for $5.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

I initially bought AMR and I just got sick and tired of it - crashes etc

So bought Article Demon and BMD - after using them I upgraded to the full Ultimate Demon Package

Think your way better to get Magic Submitter or UD - than just get half the job so to speak.

I know it's a little more money but if your in it for the long term - then it's something your going to need anyway.

They aren't push button money makers - but they will help your rankings and increase your earnings - and worst case you can always sell a few services along the way to get some money back.

    Hope it helps .. cheers

    Thanks for the advice.
Ya i think i'm going to go with Magic Submitter right now. Try it for 1 month. I'll have to get a lot more serious about all of this before i decide to spend $400 on Ultimate Demon.

But i do like the idea of a 1 time fee rather then monthly payments. Because spending $30 per month to use some software and not even making that back in earnings doesn't make a lot of sense.

I suggest you consider purchasing GSA Search Engine Ranker instead. Highly versatile, since you can also do social bookmarking, forum profiles, wikis, etc. for only $87. Many people have seen positive results with it, and praise it for being updated almost every day.

I did a lot of research when I was also thinking of buying tools. And from what I've read, BMD and AMR isn't as effective as it used to be. I have AMR, and it doesn't give much impact on SEO. I now just use it for link diversity and 2nd tier backlinks.

That might be a good option for $100.

I'm really looking for a simple backlink strategy.
    1. Blog post
    2. Tier 1 backlinks through social bookmarks (and maybe forum and wikis)
    3. Tier 2 auto blog comments using Scrapebox

Something that i can let run overnight and will get the job done. I don't have the time to manually do anything anymore.

Hopefully this will be a "work smarter not harder" plan.

i just downloaded the 5 day trial version of GSA Search Engine Ranker. It seems fairly straight forward enough.

However i always thought that the best feature of BMD was that it would automatically create and manage accounts. It seems to be working in the same way but it's posting to social bookmarking sites i've never heard of.

But i'm glad i get to try this out for a few days.
