Is anything made for a Mac???

the ONLY thing I use Mac over PC for is video editing with Final Cut Pro. PC has nothing on Mac when it comes to video editing capabilities (adobe premiere is the closest PC has but even that has a lot of catching up to do to match final cut)

other then that, PC all the way for making money, gaming, etc etc etc

however, all the new macs nowadays have intel processors so just load up boot camp and now you have the best of both worlds. getting a PC to run OSX is considerably more difficult than getting a Mac to run winXP

Man ya'll are crazy. People get so jelly of the Mac!!

Macbook Pro pimpin' and wouldn't have it any other way. I'm not as blackhat as some so no duel boot for me, don't run as many programs and yes I do have 2 PC's so its easy to to just enjoy the mac.

But when it comes to flossin' and looking fly, you ain't impressing nobody at the coffee shop or store or club with the free wifi whipping out a Thinkpad unless you show her your profits for the month. Yea the cult of mac people are fucking nerds, but macbooks and macbook pros are just fly. They work, fast, dependable, and look good while doing it. Only haters talk shit...oh and if your girlfriend has one it makes ichat all the more fun.....

I own a Mac, however I currently am running Parallels and Bootcamp and couldn't be happier, when I want to run small apps, Parallels. If I'm in the mood for a little games or a bigger app, Bootcamp, recommended it 100%. ;)

My guess is that anyone who chooses a PC over a Mac, simply hasn't used a Mac before. Just my 2 cents, and I'm sure it sounds snobby, but the Mac OS is truly a superior platform. Stability, lack of viruses, stability....did I mention that the Mac OS is stable? The Windows OS cost me several thousand dollars of lost revenue due a virus in 2001 and I will never forget that. Plus, I just couldn't handle the constant crashing. I know the Windows platform has come a long way, but for my $$ it's Mac all the way. By the way, are there really people out there that think Vista is a superior OS?

Anyway, to each there own...

Head to the torrentz site of your choice and download the latest version of Cider for the Mac, this is a virtualisation layer (along the lines of wine) for running Windoze apps/games and is used in quite a few games. Lots of the downloads come with how to's etc but if you have any problems then there are a lot of resources on the insanelymac forums, they are Cider nuts there.
I agree with each to their own but IMHO OS X leaves Windows in the dust.
