accounts get banned pretty fast , i ran a small test last month to see if its worh pursuing and i got like 300 clicks in 1 hour using 3 forums or so but no leads, in theory it should have worked but it didnt , may run another test these days

Never gave it a try with a gaming niche but always wanted .I ran some deals on coupons forum that's it .

It's always best to utilize forums that have lenient rules such as video game cheating communities where you can promote buy, sell or trade threads and sell something of value to the community you are entering business with.

Virtual currency black market forums for MMO's are strictly the best to utilize in terms of middle manning.

There are also many forums you can write scripts for like Powerbot.org and put it in the respiratory and sell tools for others to automate processes which leads to a fan base for future members of the communities they derive from to buy future products and services.
