Is anyone having problems taking money out from their Paxum Card?

Hello,

I just wish to ask if anyone here using paxum card if he is able to take his money from ATM out or having some trouble too? I am having trouble recently with taking money out from the ATM which I have been doing for some years now with no trouble, this is the first time that it gave me trouble.

I contacted Paxum but still no replay yet, and they are known for not replaying at the earliest. Hopefully I get a replay before christmas day.

Anyone here have the same problem?
 
Looks like I found the problem and it's not just me. Anyone here have any problems with Paxum whatsoever? Looks like they have some BIG TROUBLE and even transferring money from your current account to your card is not allowed at the moment and it's been weeks with this problem. Could this be the FirstPay and Payooneer issue all over again? .. Loads of people on twitter are having these issues too, and it's not good news.
 
I can't even get a card with them, been waiting for approval for over a year!
 
I have a card already but they are having some big trouble as people on Twitter are complaining too. We cannot withdraw any money from ATMs from the card and we cannot even send money from current to the cards. It's crazy how they just don't care and they did not even announce anything about it. I already contacted their card supplier and they told me to contact Paxum. I am freaking out as I have some good amount of money sitting there, something that I should have not done now thinkig about it.. I really hope they soon fix the problem.

anyways I still able to spend the reimander money from my paxum card
 
Yeah they removed EFT from some countries without telling anyone and their cards don't work right now. They say they're working on it... we'll see.
 
I just got a replay from them. They said they have a problem with their payment processor for the cards and nothing can be done but to wait. They claim that they are sending them every hour, but still not getting a response. This is not good.

It feels like the same thing that happend with FirstChoicePay restarting all over again...
 
Hey guys,

Just to tell you that they are having the same problem that FCP had back a few months ago when they shut down. I doubt we will see our money again on our cards and they are blaming Truecash. I cannot even do withdraw to external credit cards and things are not looking good.. I will maybe try wire or EFT but never used them before. I hope to get this resolved soon... This is a stressed situation.
 
I have problems with my money too. this is not normal. they have blocked the money and there is no way to take them back. Hell, with what reason do they keep our money ??? is there any way of denouncing ??? I'm ready to destroy them for those fails because they are my money. I was doing a very hard job to secure those money and now they do not get me back. Im so fucking sad
 
We have tried pinging Paxum website using our server and the website returned the above results. ... Having Problems with Accessing Paxum.com Submit a comment. My money is blocked. I am now forced to request a new card to replace the Paxum Mastercard.
 
They have problems with the card provider or something, I sent them a message recently (4 days ago) and got a replay back saying they are still "working it out" and they should soon tell us what we need to do to get our money out of the card... I still have loads of money stuck in my card and yes, it's crazy and I hope we could be able to withdraw it for a few days like FCP did before they closed down.
 
Hi Luca Jones, I am on the same boat as you. Almost 500 bucks. It´s not millions, but enough money to enjoy the summer. The thing is I had totally forgotten about that money till today , when I received a passive payment from a CPA company that led me to my paxum account.

Could you please share any info you have been told by paxum or truecash ?

Does anyone know if wires are working? I heard they're having problems with wire transfers as well don't know if true though anyone can confirm?

It's been months now - still the same replay. I contacted them again, they said they are still "working on it". I am just hoping they will give us the money back in our cards, I have some good amount of money stuck in there.
 
I've already posted this on another thread, just for visibility here it is again.
They blocked my old card and can't issue another one. External card withdrawal doesn't work.
I'll try to report them using http://fsu.gov.dm/contact-us this link, if anyone else has issues with cards or withdrawal, please do this too and hope for the best.
