Is Adsense mandatory for Ezoic approval? [2022]

Try deleting that adsense account and registring using a new email. I had this problem for 8 fucking months. Got approved in a day i think on the new account.
And i think ezoic do need you to have an adsense account. Not sure though. I was able to use it in the past without an adsense account. But i think they send out a notification requiring you to have one recently.

You don't an AdSense account however, if a site is not using AdSense you need to adhere to Ezoic's ad policies and Google's ad policies. If a site has a banned or penalized AdSense account, it is unlikely Ezoic will be able to approve the site for using Monetization until the penalty is removed. If a site doesn’t have an Adsense account before signing up, the quality review team may request additional information.

They will not approve you if adsense rejected you.
hello recently my site got approval for ezoic. but there is problem when i sign up for google ads mcm. it tell me it need google adsense. i already create one but none of my website get approval. so when i choose i already have adsense account. it tell me to create google adsense. if i choose i dont have adsense it will redirect login to adsense account after i login and the home display for adsense appear. nothing happen
Same thing happened to me. Try deactivating any other adsense account you have and registering using a new email. I’ve had this problem for 8 months until I registered using a new email.

I got rejected by adsense but accepted by ezoic with literally low traffic per month site like 12 views per month I think

Do you mean 12k sessions or 12k pageviews? I bet you are on Access Now.

You don't need Adsense but something worse than Adsense is required for Ezoic Monetization. It's called MCM.
MCM from Google takes 14 to 28 days to review your application through Ezoic and in most cases sends you low-value content disapproval email even when you have an approved Adsense account from the same Google

Ezoic will not approve you if AdSense has rejected you.
I think because as a Google Adsense Certified Partner they also adhere to AdSense policies.
Well, maybe they have some connections.
I am not sure. But to allow ads from Ezoic you will need to set up an MCM account and I think it is going to be the same process industry-wide.
