Is a youtube autoblog worth it? seowise?

im able to scrap videos, descriptions, and comments from from youtube of any keyword that i want. if i make a website of lets say "funny videos" of all youtube content, will it be dangerous/shut down right away. or will it even show up in any serps? i feel like google would have and extra close eye on youtube blogs since they own them. any thoughts? ideas? thanks...

Scraping content? And then hosting the videos on your servers? It would be wiser to just embed the videos on your website. How are you planning on monetizing?

wpvideotube plugin does that, that's how i started autobloging, but the bad part about youtube videos are they are easy to pull the person away from your site, i prefer to use rss feeds for articles.

I use WProbot to post Youtube videos to my autoblog. It also grabs the description and a random amount of comments. Completely set and forget. I have made some changes to the youtube module so now the videos don't display the youtube logo or the controls. Also clicking on the movie doesn't redirect back to youtube.
