is a product worth if there is competition?

I found a decent prod worth testing, but it already has 1 competitor, should I compete? it's not super niched down. so its not specific af to 1 angle
sure my friend.the more competition there is for a product the more you should try to sell it because the product has high potential value

Having competition can actually be a good sign
it shows there’s demand for the product. If it’s not super niche, you can still compete by finding unique angles, better marketing, or improving the customer experience. Testing it out with a clear strategy is key to see if you can stand out and succeed despite competition

Sometimes two players in the same space can coexist if they approach different audiences or use unique strategies.

"Having one competitor isn’t a problem — in fact, it shows there’s demand. The key is to stand out with a stronger offer, better creatives, or unique positioning.

Still worth a try. Even if there is a competitor, if there is a large market, it is still a great niche. I find that any market nowadays has a lot of competitors and is highly competitive.

Competition is good. It helps you be smarter and come up with unique ways to promote your products/services.
Increase your customer feedback to build trust with new customers.

Sometimes it still works if you find a better angle or ad creative. One competitor doesn't always mean it’s saturated, the key is how you position it

Competition means demand, don’t avoid it, just focus on how you can do it better or differently.

My perspective is that having only one competitor is actually a fantastic sign. It means the market is validated—people are already buying this type of product—but it's not saturated. This is often a sweet spot for a new business.

Instead of asking if you should compete, the real question is how you can compete effectively.

Sometimes even with one competitor, a product can still perform well if you target the right audience and use a strong creative

If the product has potential and you find an innovative or different offering, it's still worth testing. But if you just copy, your budget will quickly burn through.

If there’s only one competitor, it might mean the product has potential but isn’t fully saturated yet. Sometimes a single competitor just shows that the market is still open, but you should check how strong their positioning, creatives, and angles are before jumping in

Having competitors is not necessarily a bad thing. A product that has people running it means there is a demand in the market. The important thing is that you differentiate your creative, message and target to stand out. If the margin is good and you have an idea to test a new angle, it is definitely worth trying.

If the product isn’t very niche and has only one competitor, testing can be worth it with a unique angle or better offer.

Only with competition can there be development. Just drop a bait to test the market. If it's good, then increase it

It is difficult to find a product that has no competitors in the market. Having competitors proves that the product has potential for development.
