Does anyone know if it is worth my time to buy Iphone charger cases from a wholesaler and attempt to resell it? The reason I'm asking is because i am not sure if these cases are actually selling in the market. Thank you.

Not if you are planning to sell on eBay, there is far to much competition for anything iPhone related on eBay.
