How does that answer OP's question?
OP, if your site is hosted in the US and you are targeting the US, then you don't have to worry about your local IP with regards to SEO.
The only people who will know you are based in Asia are your hosts when you log/sign in.
You could use a proxy or VPN if you wanted to hide your IP.

CLOUDFLARE is a hybrid DNS/Reverse Proxy/CDN provider.
IP doesn't directly affect SEO, but do not host all of your sites on the same
IP.
But if your content is hosted on a server in a different continent, it will
introduce the latency of more than 200ms, which will affect site's speed which
does affect SEO.
So, I suggested OP to use Cloudflare which will speed up his site, serve his
content from the closest server in the same continent where OP's visitors are.
This answers the question which OP is asking for.
As he is not that well verse with the factors which influence SEO, I offered him
the shortcut which is to directly implement CF and forget about it for good.

My 2 cents:
* .com is a generic top level domain - Google knows this and doesn't care so much where it's hosted
* if you use a country specific top level domain, you should probably use hosting in the same country e.g I'm in Australia so if I want to host a .com.au domain I should probably do so from Australia
* I don't believe the above directly affects SEO for your keyword terms, but it does if local search is important to you
* Cloudflare is good for speeding things up, but ultimately it's not going to give you an SEO boost except for speed - your A records may be pointing to Cloudflare, but you have MX and C records etc, etc pointing back at your original hosting, plus the real IP of your server if you install Analytics meaning Google knows your true hosting
Remember that Google is now more primarily about "intent" so where you host a domain is less important unless you're really targeting regional traffic.
