iOS vs Graphene

Which setup is actually easier for running multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts these days? I’ve looked into AppCloner (but it so expensive) and Nomix (unsure of its reliability). Does the iPhone 8 + palera1n + Crane setup still work, or is GrapheneOS on a Pixel 6a more reliable at least until the next year? Also, which one allows for more user profiles or accounts? Right now, I'm exploring antidetect browsers (desktop and mobile sessions) with mobile proxies to run social media, but it seems most people prefer using actual mobile devices.
