Investing in Romania

I would say that you closely monitor the debt market and see how it performs. The good thing about the debt market is that you hardly lose your money....so if the interest rates are good, why not?

I am really curious where thr "RO" is coming from within your name..

Anyway! I am from Greece (yeah boo me etc etc, at least some people are waiting for us to fall hah) and I could also point out a few things..

First of all, regarding taxes.. Grab an offshore company in Cyprus with the tax being 4-10% maximum! Cheapest out there.

Moving on. We have invested in Bulgaria/Albania for factories etc (cheap rates) and Romania for land (although nowadays is a good idea to invest here too).

Regarding eco friendly power supplies we also need to cover a big % with these within the next years and is the EU tha is forcing us like Romania. I don't know how it works in Romania but here you work directly with national power supply which pays you monthly for the power you provide to them (if you want to) and can pretty much earn enough money that way. We have also invested plenty of millions into this and there is still room for investments.

Either way if you want to invest somewhere go with land..

You have a rather torn concept about Gipsies, Romania and girls. I strongly believe this is caused by you getting over-buttspanked at the age when you couldn't tell if that thing between your legs is also used for something else than pissing your pants (I won't get into details) but I am confident that you have never smelled properly a kitty kat.

Come to England and on the very steps of Heathrow you will be offered the so called - rent a flat (that I do not own) scam (Tested Myself - without being scammed)

It's the same everywhere you turn.

If you have a backbone, some brains and traveler's balls, you won't get scammed anywhere (Can't vouch for some sick African countries )whether you're doing business, meeting pussies or visiting cultural establishments.


FACTS FOR FAGGS:
There is no surface "gipsy mob" that you will run into.
There are no hellcats hellbent to steal your money and deliver you to Mugging Alley no 23.
"Beautiful girls" live normal lives with "Beautiful boys" having social lives, going to the Theatre, Opera, Cinemas, Clubs, fucking 3 times a day, having families, eating out, studying and learning better than half of the EU countries and so much more.

There are some aspects that you should stay away from, like investing blindly, stepping on people's toes, flashing the "foreigner-smile" that translates into :Hey, I am American and I have lots of money in my pockets...would you consider fuking me over? :

Don't invest in anything you are not 100% backed up by some local group of interests.
Avoid conflicts with the authorities especially when VS STATE policies, rules, regulations.
Keep your legal advisor close to your panties.
Bribe the local authorities.

Unless you can successfully achieve the goals written above this sentence, then do not invest. Simple as that. Being a tourist in Romania is nice. Lots and lots of pussy, fun and sometimes club brawls, but you can use your fists right?


Although it is definitely A SHITHOLE it may be rewarding to invest in something there.... up to some levels but you need the skills.
