Intresting Journey to $2500/month. (Mobile Apps Development, Web Design and Developmen, Logo Design)

Hello to everyone. My background is I am an Mobile Developer and had a team of experienced web developers and UI/UX designers under me. I am lurking on BHW for a long time, read many methods but never tried anyone.

But now it's time to do something because now days I need some extra income for living. So, this is my first ever journey. My goal is to reach $2500/month with my and mine team skills.

My business model:

So there were two business models in this journey.
1.) I will help agencies outsource their work to my team. My charges will be low than regular developers.

2.) Find someone who will get me projects on commission base and then handle those projects to Indian developers at low development price.


Where I am currently:

• I had proper team of developers and designers which can handle multiple projects at a time.
• Tools and equipments for work.
• Portfolio

What I need to do:-

• Use linkedin, facebook groups and other platforms to promot my business modules to agencies/entrepreneurs.
• My main focus will be on the second business modle because that quick bank type model.

I will keep posting updates on regular basis. I would love to hear suggestion from you on this.
