I haven't try this method. I have plans to do so with a twist or try another niche.
I am living at a country popular for the sun and the sea so market is already there waiting.

Japan sells unoccupied houses for less than a few thousand dollars, because population decline has created an abundance of houses.
And they're not always in shambles, there are genuine steals.

On IG has not so many comments under his posts, meaning the interest for his subscription thing seems LOW.

They also didn't pursue this on TikTok. They could use the exact same content as they used on Instagram so they probably thought that there are all children there and they can't convert them. I see no other reason why not to use TikTok when you have the content prepared... it's not like it would take any effort at that point.

well, why i asked you about IG vs FB is maybe some agents, find their listings on his page and he is risking having his account took down. Im doing this on facebook and my inbox is booming and i can tell you 1st of all the clients believe im an Agency and when they discover im not...they wont pay for no newsletter....he is making more money other way. the likes and views are from people who just scroll down on IG...i really doubt it people over 60 use IG that much since yeah....the only ones who afford properties in Italy are old people from UK , Netherlands, USA....most of them want to retire....most of them dont even know how to go on my page and click the link.

Maybe Im wrong, but Im finding it hard to believe that someone would be willing to pay $10 a month just for some curated listings.
