Amazing idea. I myself check out properties on Youtube, although those properties are more of a dream since most of them are over $5M

Getting that first 10K followers will be the hardest as you need to be super active because otherwise, your reels won't show up anywhere and to do that you need to play around a little while.
If you fill your profile with good reels/content immediately and they don't get traction (due to the lack of followers and the freshness of the account) then they likely won't take off months later either so you build everything from scratch, including your activity and that puts me off a bit but I will definitely revisit this idea soon enough.

so if you buy some aged IG account with few followers won't do a better work vs new account? I instantly started searching for this after i inspected few accounts doing this middle man real estate . i'll give it a try...im wondering how many are buying that newsletter thing.

I've bought IG accounts before, up to 100K and then I tried to change the niche. It sucks big time.
Most IG accounts suck especially follow-unfollow audiences... but better than nothing I guess.

1st post was from november 2023 and it got almost 4k likes...and it got to 400k followers in like 9 months... am i missing some tricks lol?

This is usually good for social proof. If you want to get converting clients just from this.. then just add adsense to this and adverting via google.. thats where i atleast think you'll find the money.

YEAH...dude has like 7k unique views on his website monthly and im wondering if that's a decent number for making some money with adsense
