I often find myself checking out property on YouTube and social media sites so I found an interesting page that monetizes free EU property listings and they have taken the max out of it.
https://www.instagram.com/europeanlistings/
[Please note, this is not an advertisement and I am not connected to this website by any means.]
What they do is they browse different property sites with good photos (Spain, Italy, France, Greece, etc) and then weed out the nice-looking ones that are often very cheap... like under $100K.
They snatch the photos and slightly tune them with Canva - they add the cost and some random text they have copied from the original listing and the outcome is pretty good.
All properties that they can find under $100 K will be posted as reels (the reels are created as a slideshow from the listing) and these guys are getting like 50 K likes per reel.
They have made only 103 posts on Instagram but they already have 150 K followers.
Since they have their website link inside the Instagram bio, the traffic is sent to their site where they offer a paid subscription service for $7.99 where they offer to send you a weekly newsletter of all the new cheap properties they have found. That is nothing more than just links to the actual offering sites where you can contact the actual owner (or an agent who manages that listing):
Right now there are 158,000 followers with them having only 100 posts - If only 1% of these people are paid subscribers, they are banking huge money doing basically nothing else than copy-pasting property listings.
As mentioned earlier then I am not connected to this site and I just wanted to share this idea as I think it has a lot of potential seeing how well Instagram treats these property reels and how easy it would be to do this.. might even try it myself.
Cheers
