I often find myself checking out property on YouTube and social media sites so I found an interesting page that monetizes free EU property listings and they have taken the max out of it.

https://www.instagram.com/europeanlistings/

[Please note, this is not an advertisement and I am not connected to this website by any means.]

What they do is they browse different property sites with good photos (Spain, Italy, France, Greece, etc) and then weed out the nice-looking ones that are often very cheap... like under $100K.

They snatch the photos and slightly tune them with Canva - they add the cost and some random text they have copied from the original listing and the outcome is pretty good.

All properties that they can find under $100 K will be posted as reels (the reels are created as a slideshow from the listing) and these guys are getting like 50 K likes per reel.

They have made only 103 posts on Instagram but they already have 150 K followers.

Since they have their website link inside the Instagram bio, the traffic is sent to their site where they offer a paid subscription service for $7.99 where they offer to send you a weekly newsletter of all the new cheap properties they have found. That is nothing more than just links to the actual offering sites where you can contact the actual owner (or an agent who manages that listing):

Right now there are 158,000 followers with them having only 100 posts - If only 1% of these people are paid subscribers, they are banking huge money doing basically nothing else than copy-pasting property listings.

As mentioned earlier then I am not connected to this site and I just wanted to share this idea as I think it has a lot of potential seeing how well Instagram treats these property reels and how easy it would be to do this.. might even try it myself.

Cheers

This is a nice twist of taking existing content, and showcasing it on socials.

Yes.

Everything they have done is entry-level and this is what I like the most.

Minimalistic website for subscription charging.
Canva for slight edits.
Reels created from simple slideshows.

Everyone likes cheap property and especially in places like Italy or the French Riviera so no wonder their reels are killing it.

I have seen similar pages but about Interior Design services on FB, If they test and scale multiple accounts then that's a super cool one

This is what I was thinking too... multiple accounts can be created and the content reused with small edits perhaps.

You don't need even a bot to grow these accounts.. 5-10 IG accounts all by hand.

The fact is whoever runs one of such accounts probably runs a whole network.

It's an ok account, with post like that it's worth trying, may be more country specific, different language and niche.

I don't understand they buy ig accs?

No, they use a single account. Maybe they do some marketing using SMM services or they own other IG accounts.

I found this exact method working well with local SEO. It's worth a try, and easy to automate. Nice share.

Which tool do you use to determine that as I am more than sure that the data from these tools do not correlate with the Instagram Insights.

Outside third-party tools are not accurate enough... if they were then all sites that sell Instagram accounts would use them to determine if a particular account has fake followers or not, but they only rely on insights via the Instagram dashboard.

I fell also into the category of inactive following.. I do not interact with anyone's pages or posts besides the initial follow.

The real work is in growing these accounts and reaching the target audiences. Once the reels gain momentum, everything flows like a clockwork. There is so much money online, we just need to build bridges to connect customers to businesses/services.

Nice idea
But where do you see only cheap property

You need to browse different listings and weed out the nicer-looking ones via price, you sort them.

Like, how do you find cars for sale online.. the same way you find property :D

When you say create multiple accounts, do you just put the same listings on all of them?

This is a unique idea. Being a middleman to a middle man. One can even take this further by working with the agents and getting a better cut.
