Instant Ranking Down: Help Please

My website kw is ranking well on the first page of google and also got snippets but suddenly ranking down and kw appears on 50-80 positions.

what is the matter and how to recover? i also check there is no website penalty also.

If you have made any recent changes on the website, check with that.
Update your keyword strategy.
Check with your competitors, maybe increased competitors.
 
How old is site? New or spun content? More info would help.

I guess after the Google “BERT” algorithm it’s happening. We are facing the same problem. Our SEO team is working diligently and creating quality backlinks. But still we are not getting proper ranking. For better results read the BERT algorithm update properly and optimize your website accordingly. We are doing the same.
 
i recently change my wordpess theme for page speed issues. my domain is 4 year old and DA 36. now page speed is 2sec but the ranking is down.after theme changed my ranking is down.
any suggestions
 
Even my website got hit and some pages lost rankings. Page speed also matters in recent algorithm update.
