Instagress - Account won't work anymore

I've been using Instagress for about 2 months now without issue, today I got the error that my Access Token has changed and it couldn't connect to the Instagram API. Is this an Instagram ban? I can still do things directly in Instagram,just can't use Instagress or it.


Anybody have any input, I'm pretty new to bots.

same you probably did . I'm using Instagress right now slow setting only like & following
It's not good to comment when it come to a new account.

Instagram is going after new account

The best thing to do is buy a private proxies with make an account with igserliker then buy phone number from them
then try again.

OP what you need to do is re-login to instagress, there should be a button in the settings tab named "reconnect", there you enter again your password and it will update the token.

Well to be honest iv never tried instagress but im using GrowMyInsta and they are perfect for my needs. And the thing why your account cant do noting through instagress its because instagram API, they did something to it and there are others who are having this issue (i see lots of threads and commented on them as well) also the folloliker is not working on insta.... so ye i suggest you stop using it and let it update or just switch to other service....
