1. Ban rate will really depend on other factors than just views
2. Most likely you'll have to just do some testing on this and figure it out with trial and error.
3. Most definitely you can't use the same account for unlimited views. It's most likely similar to YouTube where you can't just keep refreshing the page and watching to increase your view count infinitely.
4. If it's increasing only one view then it's possible they limit one view per user, which would make sense as Instagram is different than YouTube in the sense that a user is probably not going back later to watch a video over and over (whereas a song on YouTube a user probably would)

I can't tell you exact figure, but my experience of work on one instagram bot farm is that 50-100 views of one video for one bot is OK. Every view is just a post request to ig analytics so its really safe and not make you banned even with huge frequencys such as follow action, comment or like.
