Yes it can be scraped on instagram or other platforms but the email need to be public otherwise will be harder to get

There's always a way but if you don't have coding skills or any knowledge how platform works you're better of posting on the HAF section.

You can create your own scraper if you know how to code, you'll need Instagram accounts and proxies.
Or scrape Google search results using a relevant keyword, you'll need to code this or use a no code bot builder like Scrapebox, BAS or RTILA....Or code your own tool.
Or use a tool like xmailextractor, it's available in BHW marketplace. It's a Saas so it's simple pay and play.
Or hire someone to do it for you.

If social media account owners do not share their email addresses publicly or add them as public to their accounts, it is impossible for you to find their email addresses. Or go try to hack facebook's database or something.

Impossible. If you can find that bug, you will be paid approx, $15000 by Facebook for reporting it.
