Instagram Username Purchasing

Hi,
I'm new here and was wondering how to purchase an Instagram username. The person I work for has a large social media following, and bots/people keep buying/re-selling the username so we can't have it. I've reached out to IG and they can't/won't help, but I want to find out who owns it currently and buy it from them.

is there any contact info on that ig page? or you can try to DM the owner, comment on pics, these are your best shots, if it's an active account, instagram most definitely won't help, selling account names are against the TOS, even if you haven't mentioned your intentions, they ain't dumb
