Instagram tool for finding pages related to a certain hashtag/user

Hi guys,

I searched the forum and found a couple of tools (socialblade, hashtagify) but none of them is giving me what I want.

Does any1 know about a tool that can take a specific hashtag and give me a list of pages that are most related to that hashtag? with options to get the results from the highest followers count to the lowest or by like for a specific photo with that hashtag.

Also would be nice if the tool can show me from which country the users that are following a specific page.

I don't mind paying for that tool but I need some recommendations.
