Instagram tips needed

Hello everyone.
First post here.
Have decided to give AI OFM a try. Found some older posts and got some advice on where to start, where to create my model and stuff like that. My Question now is about instagram.
I have read a lot about changing/rotating IP and proxies, but not sure how to do that. Decided to start everything off on a new phone i got, and have never used any instagram on that.
Would using a free VPN be enough, or do i need anything else?
Also if anyone got suggestions on where to create videos for Reels with my model, id greatly appreciate.

For creating Reels, I use Runway and CapCut, really easy to integrate AI-generated models there
 
you are saying you are going to use account in your phone so changing ip and all stuff is not important .

To create my AI model i heard of fluxai, i heard its good. I'll also have a look at these thanks

If i have my model created as a Face or even with body, does Capcut have any good tool? I already have capcut pro
 
you already got new phone then dont spoil it with vpn. use real sim or other phons hot spot to use that account in your new phone.

Warm-up your accounts, that is the key.
And for reels - CapCut + Runway will do fine
 
For IG, avoid free VPNs because they’re flagged fast. Use good residential, ISP proxies or mobile data for safety. A fresh phone is fine, just don’t log multiple accounts on it. For reels, try CapCut, Runway or even Canva. Keep actions natural and grow slowly to avoid restrictions.
 
Using a free VPN can work sometimes, but it’s not very reliable and might put your info at risk. paid VPNs or proxies are usually safer for Instagram. For making Instagram Reels, try tools like Kapwing or Invideo, they make it quick and easy to create videos with your AI model.
 
If you are just managing couple of accounts. Then it is not necessary.

Should i just stick with the new phone and don't get these other stuff? Or are they also needed?
 
Just to let you know, if you plan on using a free VPN and adding AI model profiles to them, that page will get flagged. If you plan to run many accounts, use a 4G proxy, that will help keep accounts safer.
