Guys i cant getting rid of instagram 180 days bans (suspicios actuvity)
Im not creating accounts and just buying em, is there big difference between 1 month and 3+ month accounts?
Im using antidetect browser with mobile proxies, after loggin in account im getting banned

Depends also on which antidetect browser you're using. As they all differ in capabilities a lot.
 
Buy used, aged accounts and use a good proxy. Aged accounts are the key to having fun with Instagram these days.

Yes, there’s a huge difference. Aged accounts (3+ months) are more trusted by Instagram’s system. If you’re getting banned right after logging in, it could be due to poor-quality proxies, flagged fingerprints, or inconsistent device/location patterns.
 
Yeah, those 180-day bans are tough. Older accounts (3+ months) usually have better trust, but you still need to be careful with login patterns and proxies. Antidetect helps, but mixing up devices and warming up accounts slowly can make a difference. Keep testing!
 
If you have 3 months aged accounts, you have to do warmup procedure that consists of scrolling reels for 48 hours. There are many threads here on blackhatworld that go over "account warmup". Take a look at those and that should help.
 
Could be a bunch of reasons honestly. Maybe the accounts were already flagged, or you're using proxies that don't match the account's original location. Also logging too many accounts on the same proxy or using a weak setup can get you hit quick.

If it's your presonal account, I'd say to wait it out. However, if you're dealing with multiple account, there's a low chance you can get access back. Just buy quality accounts and use quality proxies next time then log in like a normal user.
 
Aged accounts help, but if your proxies and browser fingerprints don't look human, you are basically waving a red flag. Try logging in like a casual user.
 
If youre getting banned right away, it's probably the proxies and browsers' fault.

Older accounts, such as 3 months or more, are more trusted by Instagram's system. If your account is banned, it may be because you are using poor quality products.
 
How long has this been going on? Generally, what everyone has said is correct, but as of a few months ago, Meta has started to heavily use AI to mass-review and ban "suspicious" accounts. As a consequence, there has been a wave of seemingly random bans. People with completely legit and sometimes very large accounts have had them banned and are stuck. If you check out the Instagram subreddit on Reddit, the are tons of recent posts of account bans that have happened for the vaguest of reasons. There was a protest outside of the Meta headquarters yesterday against the excessive bans. Apparently Meta has acknowledged the issue and is tweaking the process.

try these reason below.
first change antidetect browser make some changes in it. like user agent and webrtc setting.
second access only one account from one proxy at a time and check.
third ask your vendor what was the location of accounts when created and try to access them from those accounts.
last and final if any of those solution doest work change the vendor. its poor quality accounts.
 
What Antidetect browser are you using? Not all anti detection browsers are safe, and some popular browsers are easily tracked and detected by platforms. It's really hard to find a free and secure fingerprint browser, I've been searching for a long time before finding a suitable one.

Yeah, there’s a big difference between 1-month and 3+ month aged accounts. Instagram gives more trust to older, warmed-up accounts with natural activity. If you're getting banned right after login, it’s likely not just the age. It could be your device fingerprint, login pattern, or even how the proxy rotates. If everything feels artificial, Instagram locks it down fast. Try logging in once, wait a day, do nothing. Then slowly scroll, like a few posts, maybe follow one or two people. Don’t treat the account like a robot fresh out of the box. Treat it like a sleepy human checking their feed.

Yes, there's a big difference between a fresh 1-month account and a properly aged, warmed-up 3+ month IG account. Instagram’s current detection systems rely heavily on behavioral history and fingerprint consistency. If you’re buying accounts, make sure they come with realistic session data, history, and stable login patterns, not just age on paper.
Even with mobile proxies, you’ll get banned if your anti-detect browser leaks mismatched data (canvas, WebGL, timezone, etc.). Try to rotate slowly, emulate user flow after login, and don’t rush actions. If you’re still getting 180-day suspensions, the issue is likely in the combo setup, not just the account age. Try switching up proxies or your account provider.
