nope there is no official Repost tool - the Creator is always the Copyright holder. You can either ask for permission to repost, or in most cases, especially when u allready go a hughe amount of followers, the Creators are happy with a repost if u tag him/her. The worst that can happen is that the owner uses the insta form for copyright issues and the photo gets deleted, if this happens often your account will get banned. Got around 20 Repost channels, never ask for permission but tag the owners, had 2 copyright issues in 2 years and the photos got deleted, i blocked the users and im still fine with my accs.

My testing so far. I used 4 accounts from June/July. Check with my personal phone to see if photos were uploaded. test test test lol
Testing out repost stories and repost from explore page = still no content scraped
Test repost from specific users = Works.
Testing w/o hashtags works.
Testing with hashtag = photo didn't upload.
Didn't tag orginal IG users.

Errrrr....What kind of people would they be, when you tagged them but they still fired copyright issues without contacting you to give you a chance to delete the posts by yourself.....

Especially photographers are sometimes really weirds, most of the times its the not really good photographers that think they are gods masterpiece and think you should pay for using the photo. Both times the same type of man, tiny with bold hair, proud artists lol. Huhge Page with over 100k followers and good engagement, every photo went over 10k likes, user taged on photo and in text with a "thank you and follow his channel for more" - they decided to fullfill the copyright form anyway without a PM or email. Both times they didnt even had 100followers on their own account. Usually ppl are realy happy and thank us for a repost.

They are purely out of their f*king mind. What they should do instead, is to treat this as a opportunity, and contact you next time when they got a photo which they think is perfect for your needs...
