I’m seeing a sudden drop in reach and impressions on Instagram, even though posting frequency and content quality are consistent. No policy violations or warnings so far.
Has anyone else noticed similar behavior recently?
What signals actually matter most now for IG reach in 2025?

Sometimes Instagram just changes how it shows posts, so a drop in reach doesn’t always mean you did anything wrong.

Seen this too. Doesn’t feel like a shadowban more like engagement velocity reset. Early saves profile taps and watch time seem to matter more than posting frequency now.

IG has shifted heavily toward 'Shares' and 'Saves' in 2025. Likes don't move the needle anymore. Try checking your 'Share-to-Reach' ratio; that’s usually the culprit for sudden drops.

Early engagement in the first hour also plays a big role. If you’ve been consistent but still dropping try switching up your formats.
